I know this is an exciting time! However, it is important that a home buyer be pre-approved before seeing homes to help us  determine  your house-hunting price range. Being pre-approved also makes you more competitive in the market, when compared to those who have not yet been pre-approved.

One Month of Paystubs 

Two Years of W-2’s and/or Tax Returns  

Two Months of Bank Statements
